Comment: It's a campaign marketing text msg/call company. They're probably making a killing of the candidates by simply calling and NOT even playing the message. Company is called Voitel. They have a website however here is the contact info for their corporate office:

Comment: They started calling me 11/1/08, calling twice a day. When I answer its dead silence. Annoying. Wasting my airtime minutes.
