Comment: Caller ID showed 727-569-1515 for both the Number and the Name. They called and Hung Up when the answering machine picked up. Called them back and it's Direct Student Services, 3629-3633 Universal Plaza, New Port Richey, FL 34652. The phone number for their Administrative Offices is 866-748-1622 and it was reported that Perry White (same name, but not the editor of the Daily Planet) is in charge of Marketing and he loves to get feedback on how well their efforts are working. Comment: Same here, they called and hung up before I answered. (I am assuming it is because it won't cost them anything until someone answers and if we call back, the cost is on us.)
So I called them and talked to someone who said they'd update my information (whatever that is) and led me to believe they won't call again.

Comment: 8/1--they call every weekday sometimes more than once each day and never leave a message. When I answered once, no one answered back. Did a telephone number search and it came up as "Direct Student" loan out of Florida. Contacted a Better Business Bureau reported corporation named "Direct Student Service of Florida, Inc" that has the same area code in Florida and they said that 727-569-1515 was not one of their numbers and that they had not been contacting me. Calls then suspiciously stopped for a while. Now they have started up again. I have never done business with any company named "Direct Student."
